Courses
River City Church runs courses on a rotating but continual basis. All courses meet at the City Rescue Mission off of I-10 on McDuff Avenue, and are typically 6-8 weeks in length. Life Course, Marriage Course, Freedom Course, and more!
Freedom Course
The River City Church Freedom Course is an eight-week course that is offered to help you identify obstacles that need to removed through prayer — it is the removal of these obstacles that will enable you to move forward into an intimate relationship with the Lord.
Topics covered include:
- Freedom to Receive: Receiving the Love of God (addresses healing our image of God)
- Freedom to be Me: Who am I? (addresses our true identity as Christians)
- Freedom to Love: The Grace to Forgive (addresses the topic of forgiveness)
- Freedom from Inner Pain: Inner Healing
- Freedom from Fear
- Freedom from Addictions
- Freedom from Demonic Influence
- Freedom from Generational Bondage (will include a Generational Eucharist)
