New Facets of God

Everything I’ve read lately has been pointing to seeing new and different facets of God through friends - to enlarge my view of Him. I’ve had God in a box based on my experiences. So this week I received a letter from my dear friend, Rosi, in Cuba. She teaches me about God’s faithfulness. She wrote to give me specifics of how hard life is in Cuba, but how God has held her hand. On Christmas Day, she received in person a letter, card and money from me actually sent via a “courier” in August. She said the words in the card were exactly the words God had placed on her heart. Only God can do that.
For me the message is that God hears and cares and He can use us to give His love and messages to others. Rosi’s letter came to me on a day I really needed encouragement and the verses she wrote me as a blessing were the very verses which I’d had on my heart. God is AMAZING.
